Mentee Orientation
During Mentee Orientation, mentees will be introduced to EMP, and will get a good sense of how to get the most out of their mentorship program.
This event will also elaborate on EMP’s timeline, how the program works, how to professionally communicate with mentors, and explain the code of conduct.

Kick-Off Breakfast
The Kick-Off Breakfast is the first event where mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to learn about each other. Throughout the event, mentors/mentees will set expectations, goals, and potential meeting dates.
